A small-group immersion on the Ganges. 60+ hours of practice, philosophy, and time enough to actually meet India.
Most yoga retreats are pretty photos and light practice. This one is at the source, with real depth, real philosophy, and a daily rhythm designed to survive the flight home.
Thirty-plus hours of hatha and restorative yoga, held in a daily rhythm you can recreate at home.
Philosophy and Ayurveda sessions that explain why these practices work. You leave with knowledge, not a playlist.
Ganga aarti, temple walks, jungle safari, kirtan, cooking with a local family — experienced slowly, with people who live here.
The world's capital of yoga, on the banks of the Ganges, at the foot of the Himalayas. Sages and yogis have meditated in caves along this river for centuries.
Today the city is half pilgrimage, half village, half jungle. Bells at dawn. Monkeys on the bridge. Fire on the water at dusk.
Our programme moves with the city, from daily practice in a dedicated hall, to aarti at Parmarth Niketan, to rafting on the Ganges, to a sunrise above the valley.
The rhythm is the point. You wake with the city, practise before the heat, learn or go out after breakfast, return to the mat as the light falls.
Each day is shaped around one or two excursions or workshops. See the full programme below.
Click a day to open. The arc moves from arrival and grounding, into practice and philosophy, out into the city and river, and back again.
A modern hotel on the Parmarth Niketan promenade, the best of both sides of Rishikesh. Quiet enough to sleep, close enough to the river for the evening fire.
I started practising yoga over ten years ago, though at the time I didn't really understand what yoga was. For me it was simply a form of gentle exercise. I had no idea how much it could influence the mind, or how it could shape the way we think, decide, and relate to others.
That changed when I went to India.
It was there I experienced yoga beyond the physical side of things. Not just movement, but breath, attention, and awareness working together in a way that stays with you long after the session ends.
This is my second retreat, and I am very excited about it.
It's long enough to properly switch off and reset, with space to go beyond just physical practice. The programme is balanced with nature, culture, and time to explore. I'm collaborating with incredible local teachers who bring depth, experience and authenticity into every session.
All that's missing is you.
Rishikesh was intense, in the best way possible. I came for yoga, but left with so much more. The meditation sessions were tough — and that's where the biggest shifts happened.
I was initially dreading the two-hour yoga lessons every morning, starting at 7. But I actually enjoyed every single one — they flew by. By the time I got to breakfast I was energised and ready for the day.
A heartfelt thank you for organising this retreat. You brought together an incredible group from all over the world, creating an atmosphere filled with positive energy and great vibes.
